Smart Loop

A new flat-sided tubular loop made from a superior new polymer material with a 16mm coated web core. This flat shape spreads the load over a wider area, making it more comfortable for the horse. The "Smart" loop has been fitted with the new "U" block.

Lightweight Hopple Loop

Zilco's original lightweight hopple, made from flexible polymer material with 16mm coated web core. This tubing will withstand cracking and retain it's flexibility in low temperatures. The oval tubing provides an internal air cushion and is more suited to the "natural" pacer. The Lightweight model uses the old "A" shaped hopple block now made with an unbreakable plastic.

Premier Loop

Our new 32mm wide flat back style hopple with 6mm EVA foam, covered in a hardwearing PU material. The thicker padding of the Premier loop ensures the stitching is well recessed, ensuring longevity of the sewing thread and improved comfort for the horse. The new inverted "V" shaped uptug balances the hopple, thus limiting sideways rocking. The Premier loop has been fitted with a "U" block.
