MATERIALS
FITTINGS
Stainless steel throughout. Unique purpose designed buckles for
strength and easy adjustment.
STRAPPING
Zilco sealed strapping: a core of strong web sealed within a
modern polymer to give the handling qualities of leather but easily
cleaned and has enormous strength.
LININGS
Synthetic leather over a padded core.
SADDLE TREE
Unique Zilco Elastomeric flexible tree which will conform to the
shape of most breeds and types, whilst giving good spine
clearance.
REINS
Hand parts have rubber weave web for easy all weather handling.

DESIGN FEATURES
- Moveable padding on saddle. Can be positioned to suit different
conformation. Saddle lining has air-flow channels for better
ventilation.
- Independent hanging noseband with adjustment both sides.
- 50mm (2 inch) traces with choice of dee or loop end.

SAFETY & CONVENIENCE
- Quick release tugs/shaft loops.
- Dee end traces for easy attachment at the vehicle end.
- Breastplate lining can be removed for cleaning.
- All parts are adjustable from both sides of the horse.
- Harness is designed for both near and off interchangeability, so
harness can be used both sides of pole.
