DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Duraweb harness was first developed in 1988 to meet the
needs of the busy driver and the demands of competitive
and pleasure driving. Robust enough for the professional,
and a pleasure to use for everyday use in all weather.
All features are time-served and tested by top drivers and
horsemen over many years. Duraweb has unique style and
quality, and gives many years of trouble free use.

MATERIALS
FITTINGS
Best quality stainless steel fittings throughout.
STRAPPING
Strapping is "Duraweb" purpose designed for equestrian use,
with significant advantages over both leather and ordinary
webbing. Looks and handles pleasantly like leather but is
much stronger and hard wearing, withstanding extremes of
climate and tough outdoor conditions without maintenance
or deterioration.
Leather headpiece, generously shaped for added comfort
behind the ears. All body parts (i.e. breast collar, wither,
girth, breeching, saddle linings and crupper dock) are
constructed from smart leather. Bearing surfaces are lined
with soft leather panel hide.

DESIGN FEATURES
- High stress areas are reinforced with sturdy chrome leather for a traditional appearance and good handling qualities.
- Crupper dock is soft leather covering over a padded core.
- Headpiece, generously shaped behind ears, for better horse comfort.
- Uni-end traces, to suit most types of vehicle fitting (converts from dee end to loop end).
- Rigid saddle tree, with sliding backband for 2 wheelers. Simply converted to a fixed backband to suit 4 wheelers by use of removable "stop-tabs".
- Traditional style fail-safe quick release connection between traces and breastcollar.
- Duraweb is supplied in deluxe black leatherette harness bag, with silver trim and three external pockets.

SAFETY & CONVENIENCE
Quick release on breastcollar.
Quick release tugs/shaft loops.
Reins are joined with side snap quick release at drivers end.

MAINTENANCE
Wipe clean, hose down. Hang to dry. Occasional leather feed will keep
the leather parts of the harness looking and feeling like new throughout
years of use.
A wipe over with a silicone sponge before presentation and dressage
gives a superb finish.
